1. Do you ship internationally?
No, we currently only ship within the United States.
2. How long does shipping take?
Processing time is typically 3-5 business days. Delivery time depends on your location, but usually ranges from 5–14 business days. Orders containing both in‑stock and pre‑order items will not ship until all items are ready.
3. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and link. You can use that link to follow your order’s progress.
4. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging.

5. What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
If something isn’t right, reach out within 7 days of receiving your order and include photos of the issue. We’ll replace the item or issue a refund.
6. Can I change or cancel my order?
Changes or cancellations are possible within 24 hours of placing your order.
After that, we may not be able to modify it because it may already be processing or shipped.
7. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

9. My package shows “Delivered,” but I didn’t receive it. What should I do?
Check with neighbors, building management, or your local post office. If you still can’t find it, contact us and we’ll help look into it.
