Cancellation Policy

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a pre-order. This cancellation policy explains how you can change or cancel these types of purchases.

Pre‑Orders

When you purchase a pre‑order, you are buying an out‑of‑stock or soon‑to‑be‑available product that is not yet in inventory. The full purchase price is charged at checkout and your order will be fulfilled at a future date once the item becomes available.

You may cancel a pre‑order at any time before it has been fulfilled for a full refund. Once the order has been fulfilled and shipped, it can no longer be canceled, but you may request a return or refund in accordance with our Returns Policy.
